Uber India — Paid cash for my trip but shows outstanding and does not let me ride further

My trip started at 1:16 PM on 30.03.2018, from 7 Shanti Road, Juhu to Om Chambers, Kemps Corner. My fare was Rs. 398.62 and I have paid the entire amount to the driver (Mr. Vinodkumar, Hyundai Xcent) in cash. But, still an amount of Rs. 398.62 is shown as outstanding in UBER apps and I have not been able to hire any UBER taxi.

Yesterdat I have received a message from UBER - “We have sent a support message to you about your trip". But there was neither any sms nor email to my registered mobile no and email address. I do not know where to look for the message UBER has sent to me. Please resolve the problem at the earliest.

I've used Uber auto (Bajaj RE Compact) to travel from Old Alwal to Bhagya Nagar Colony, kukatpally on 9th May 2019 at 10:45 am. First, I'd booked the auto till chutneys, jal vayu vihar, kukatpally with a fare of Rs. 190. But then, I changed the destination to Bhagya Nagar Colony, kukatpally for which the fare displayed was Rs. 147-189. Since an exact amount wasn't being displayed to both me and the driver (Dilip) even after the completion of the trip, I paid the previous amount of Rs. 190 by cash. Despite this, when I tried booking a cab on 12th May 2019, the app showed an outstanding charge of Rs. 111 for the above mentioned trip. Also, it's being shown that I have paid Rs. 0 for the same trip. I've attached a screenshot of the trip details for reference. I hope this issue can be resolved.

My trip started at 14:54 on 16/02/21 from Galleria Market to Sector 86. My fare was Rs. 227.00 and I have paid the entire amount to the driver (Mr. Rocky, Maruti Suzuki Wagon R) in cash. But, still an amount of Rs. 227.00 is shown as outstanding in UBER apps and I have not been able to hire any UBER taxi.

Hi my trip started at 13:31 from Bangalore airport I paise the total amount of 797 to the cab driver in cash...
But it is showing that 297 is outstanding, how it is possible do you think you cab drivers are so good to let us go without collecting money...
Additionally that guy was asking me some additional money and even not wearing mask...
This is so unprofessional...don't expect this from uber...

My trip started at 2:38pm 11/11/2021 from Humayanpur, Safdarjung Enclave. Since the server was busy and can’t pay on the uber app payment option i paid the amount of ₹140 (fare was ₹139) to the driver’s account through UPI payment ( Google pay). And still outstanding shown is ₹139. Had complained more than trice on the uber app but no use. Why do I have to pay twice because of your issue on ur end?! Can’t use uber app till now for travelling. Kindly resolve my issue at the latest.

Hi i completed my trip at 11:43am on 3/02/2020 from kowkoor to St Andrews School, Ahmedguda two years before and paid the total amount of 200 to the cab driver in cash...
But it is showing that 196.37 is outstanding, from that time never chooses to uber as they are asking to clear outstanding amount.Ehy I need to pay again if i already paid the amount to that can driver even I rated him 5star at that time. How it is possible do you think your cab drivers are so good to let us go without collecting money...really is it possible no na.Then why still showing outstanding amount from two years
This is so unprofessional...very very bad don't expect this from uber...I hope Uber will do needful so that I can use uber app

I had made a ride on 21:52 on Jan 4, 2022 from my Howrah to Baguiati and paid the driver for the trip. When I open Uber app it shows that I owe Rs. 259. But in app it's showing as pending unable to book Uber now

My trip began from South city, kolkata and ended at my home at Baghajatin(New Soth Park). I paid Rs 128 in cash and thiz was displayed on the screen. I paid rs 130 and didn't wait for the change. Now the app tells me I have Rs 128 pending! This is preposterous. I cannot reach the driver. His name is Md. Shahzada and the car's number is WB19H6799 and the trip was completed at 22.03 hrs. This has never happened to me before and I am a regular Uber customer.

On 20.6.2022 I travelled from Bavdhan Pune to Railway station Agarkar Nagar Pune by auto. The fare was 213.08 I paid to the driver Mr. Vijaykumar Narayanrao Suryavanshi an amount of Rs.238.00 (inclusive of tip) by G-pay on 20.6.2022 at 14:47. The transaction was successful and completed. Hence I request you to close the outstanding payment of Rs 213.08 for above trip of 20.6.22 showing on my app

My trip began on 24th Oct 2022 at 10:48 PM from Boral, Kolkata and ended at my home at Kalikapur. I paid Rs 412.90 in cash and this was displayed on the screen. Now the app tells me I have Rs 412.90 pending! This is treacherous. I cannot reach the driver. His name is Manoj and the trip was completed at 11.08 PM. This has never happened to me before and I heard that this is happening to many others like me.

This happened with me too. I took an uber auto ride on 30th October, 2022 and the amount was Rs 146. The driver asked me to pay on his UPI saying that it's the same thing to pay on app or to him. I paid him the amount and now it is showing outstanding payment on my app. This is a pathetic experience. I won't clear the outstanding amount until and unless you return my money or make the adjustment.

I took uber auto on 21.01.23 from First cry shop, Avinashi road to Brookfield mall coimbatore. The driver refused to take digital payment and demanded extra cash. I had to pay Rs. 140/- instead of Rs 105.6 as shown in the app. Now, the app shows the amount as unpaid and outstanding. Now I understand why people don't prefer Uber here . The irritating aspect is that we can't contact the customer support thru phone and the app doesn't have the option of reporting outstanding amount against paid trip. Very disappointed.

My trip began on 9th March 2023 at 18:20 PM from Palam, Delhiand ended at New Delhi Railway station. I paid Rs 280 in cash and also tipped driver as I had to catch the train so I was in hurry so I couldn't see for the mobile screen later I saw it showed I had pending amount to be paid. Now the app tells me I have Rs 49.20 pending! This is treacherous. This has never happened to me before and I heard that this is happening to many others like me.
