Few moments ago I have booked uber from Paltan Bazar Police Station Guwahati to my Home at Bhaskarnagar Guwahati. But within a few moments the ride is automatically got cancelled . Than after i had to book anither uber for the same location. But Rs. 40 is added with the trip charge which should not be. Becasue I have not cancelled it. Perheps Driver is cancelled it.

It is not fare to charged 40.

Please look into it

I have taken a trip yesterday i.e. 03Apr17

I have given location for my drop and the driver dropped in a different

location and the drivers address showing wrong and he is behaving

rudely and very unprofessional

I request Uber to refund my money and take action on river

    Today i took uber from bhagwan das road to maulana jauhar ali marg, Okhla, it was very bad experience as i travelled only 9.6 km and it cost 750 Rs which was very expensive I will never hire uber if my additional money will not be return. it should have only 150 Rs. I am shocked to see bill. Earlier too I have taken service from uber which used to cost 150 or 160 for 15 km distance and this is really very problematic how come it cost 750 rs only for 9.6 km distance without any waiting option

      Sir/Madam I booked a cab ride through Uber for 389.45 rupees but when we reached at our desired destination the cab driver charged us rupees 1067.41 . It is sheer case of fraud with us. I requested company to refund the money through net banking or cheque/DD but the company has only transferred the amount to my Uber account that can only be used for further trips through Uber and I don't want to use this fraud app ever again. Please pay heed to this matter as soon as possible and make my money refunded. I shall be very thankful to you for that

        I have booked uber go from sector41 d to sector 48 d. My fare estimation was rs. 49/- as it is only 7 km from sector 41 to sec 48. We have to pay 49/- upto 8km as i have received the message for the same. But i have paid rs. 83 to the driver. I have asked to the driver to give me the proof of the fare, which i have paid . But he said that i have nothing to give you as proof of your fare. He said that you dont worry, uber have the record of this drive. So i jave paid him rs. 83 instead of 49. Kindly adjust my payment in the next ride.

          On 7 th april 2017 i took an uber taxi from kesavadasapuram to karikkakom (places in Trivandrum, kerala which are hardly 8 kilometres apart ).uber promised me an initially price as 172 rupees.More over i had a ride in uber ti these same places at a lower price.On reaching the place i was asked to pay 403 ruppes and the uber bill came as i took a 27 km ride.I don't understand why they impose such unfare charges when I actually took only an 8km ride.

            I was charged 376 rupees for my free ride on 29/06/16. I was notified about this amount only after ten days of my ride. I haven't paid the amount. Now i'm not able to book rides in Uber. i would like to have a quick resolve for this issue.
            It's been 6 months and uber hasn't responded to my mail. Most of my friends recommend uber to me. But i had this really bad experience with uber.

              I was charged a due of Rs99.43, yesterday Friday 7-4-2017 at 6:40p.m for Tuesday 4-4-2017 at 5:59p.m when I had already paid for it and have received a receipt.
              Hence I had to pay a total of Rs126.62 yesterday which stated that I had not paid for my Tuesday ride
              I would like an immediate feedback as to why I was charged extra when I had paid for it instantly.
              Kindly look into the matter and acknowledge as I am a regular rider with Uber.

                Today morning that is on 8th April 2017 morning I booked a cab an waited so long for the pick up, called the driver none picked up the call. So I canceled it. Booked one more and started my journey.. When I booked I preferred uber pool where it shows my charge as 63-70 rs. But by the time of drop he charged 120 rs and said that extra 50 is for cancelling.. It is not my fault and how can they charge without knowing what happen???? I need justice for this... This kind of issues becoming more frequent from uber .. Lot many of my friends suffered to this ... We need justice how can they charge we wat justice... I request you to take this issue seriously

                  Took uber service for nearly 9 to 10 kms on a night. When I booked the cost showed as 99-121. But after I reached home really got shocked to hear the bill amount as Rs. 648 from the driver. He said it to be booked in 4K. But it was not at all so. After I reached home, received a message that I will be charged from 350 to 400, . That too was a very late information. He charged even more saying 650. Don't know how. Tried contacting customer service, but no response. Very unhappy and gets the curses of many customers like me.

                    I took a ride in uber yesterday from siddhi vinayak temple, mumbai to home.
                    The car registration number was 0989 and the driver's name gajanan.
                    The estimated showed around rs.320/-.in spite of several attempts by the driver your meter failed to display to fare. I had paid rs.250/- for the onward ride from home to siddhi vinayak temple for almost a similar estimate. When all our attempts failed between us i agreed to pay the same amount for this ride as well which accepted by the driver.
                    When i tried to book for another ride this morning i received a message from you stating that there is an outstanding amount of rs.383/- which meant that i was charged rs.633/- for the previous ride which is a ridiculous amount and when i verified the destination was shown as mint road, saibaba colony etc which was incomplete. I really don't what is happening.
                    As such i am being penalised for your faulty meter and i refuse to pay this amount for no fault of mine.
                    I have also wasted a lot of time in resolving this issue.
                    Hence i request you to waive the outstanding against my name failing which i will be compelled to look for alternate carriers.

What the disgusting solution. They are telling that some company policy has been violated. Can they please tell which policy have i violated.

                        I am a regular Uber user. Had full faith in the commendably professional way that Uber works. But since 1st of April, 2017 I have been facing a serious concern with UberPool. For a ride that they say will cost Rs.29, it is costing me everyday in Rs.150-Rs.200!!

                        I am a student, for me it is not possible to pay such high amount each day for a promised fare that is much cheaper!

                        I reported everyday to Uber, For two days they refunded my amount as credits but the problem continues! Now they don't even bother to refund credits.

                        Apart from credits I expected them to resolve this problem permanently because I am facing a huge problem everyday. But to no effect!

                        Such a response from "UBER" is highly shocking and dissappointing. seriously doubt their UberPool tagline - "What you see is what you pay!"

                        I seriously feel that Uber is rapidly losing it's quality and credibility which made it stand out from all it's competitiors.
                        Is this the way now you treat your regular customers?? :(

                        I doubt if I will ever recommend an Uber service to any friend or family. :(

                        This is to inform you that two days back on dt.6/4/17 evening I rode in UBER from Brabourn Road to Elgin Road to Brabourn Road Up & down in between 4 Pm to 5.15 PM. At the time of booking You were showing discount 33% but discount not allowed both time. I had paid to yr. Drivers Total Rs. 139/= & 129/= respectively. The total for both bills paid by me Rs. 268/=so some arrrear appeared and the total I had paid excess of Rs.89/= which was actually bills should be after discount 33% Rs.93/= & 86/= respectively, total Rs, 179/=
                        Your both driver told "we could not do nothing you complain to Uber."
                        So plz. look after my complain under advise to me
                        your cooperation in this matter will be highly appreciated

                          Hello My name is Preethi and I work for a software firm in Raheja Mindspace, Hi-tech city, Hyderabad.
                          I'm a regular traveler in UBER cabs. From recent weeks, I observed there is a lot of LOOT in the name of SURGING . The ride fare is shown 4 times of the original fare.
                          The explanation that UBER has is, it is running short of vehicles is not always true. I see this problem whenever I start checking for CABS. Can I get an explanation of why Surging to this level is followed?
                          I'm quite annoyed and frustrated with this and I appreciate if you could look into this issue ASAP .

                            We booked an Uber at night from professor ilyas Burney road till Hussain Islam aashorrkhana. The name of the driver was Ajas and he picked us up at 7 pm. We were 4 people. The driver inspire of the map showing the way from purana pul, took us in small lanes where there was Ramnavami festival rush. He took us all the way from begum Bazar where even though pedestrians warned us about the closed way, he took us there "for his satisfaction" and then we came back. This happened for around 3-4 lanes and we finally took the way from purana pull turns out it was ALL clear. I would like to tell that it was all the driver's fault because even after us, the customers telling, he did what he wanted to. When the customer's I.e., our needs are not taken in consideration, we have the right to file a case too because customer's rights are violated here. I would also want Uber service to repay my loss because the ESTIMATED COST I got on my phone was between *97-115* and THEN THE COST THE DRIVER TOOK WAS DOUBLE OF IT i.e., *201*
                            I want my money refunded be it even a little difference because every customer has its say and you can't just keep quite when anything unfair is done to you.

                                The driver AYUB, phone no.- [protected], accountable to the car no.WB053694 misbehaved with me. I was at the pick up location and i couldn't find him. So i called him up to get the location and disconnected the call on my face twice. He was damn rude. Didn't know the manners how to speak to a girl. He forced me to cancel the ride. But i didn't. As soon as i placed the car i went to take the seat. When i held the car to open the door. He rushed the car and i was about to fall. Highly disappointed at this behaviour of the driver. Kindly lookafter the matter. Such people aren't meant to get the responsiblity of one of the leading servicing companies.

                                  I am working for Govt. of India as Scientific officer. During my official visit I had made uber booking many times. Most of the trip, the cost of the trip is reimbursed by Govt. I had booked a trip for Rajib gandhi int. Airport, Hyd. on 31 march 2017 Friday at 10.50 pm. But the driver did not arrived at the pin location and cancelled my trip after 10 minutes. If I dont need cab or i cancelled the trip, then why should i book another trip within 10 min. Even I called the driver many times, He did not pick up call later (driver-name SHEKAR, mob. 81XXXXXX47). Therefore, Again i made another booking at same time at 10.59 pm from same location. For cancellation of the trip from driver side, uber has charged my Rs. 50 extra. Kindly Verify all the details given here and Refund the cancellation fee.

                                    This is to inform you that today in the morning I rode in UBER from Santoshpur to Tollygunge in the morning at 8am. The total bill was Rs. 106 but some arrrear appeared and the total I had to pay was excess of Rs. 99.70/- which was actually a bill of 02.04.2017 Sunday. On Sunday I travelled from Golpark to Santoshpur and a fare of Rs. 99.70/- was charged. However at that time somehow the net of the DRIVER SHRI ARVIND KUMAR WAS NOT WORKING and he could not END MY TRIP. He requested me to pay the estimated fare. and I paid Rs. 100/- to him. Some how he later also did not register the fare I gave him and kept the money himself.
                                    Today, on 05.04.2017, when I took my ride on UBER the arrear of Rs. 99.70 showed and I had to pay the same amount again to ASHESWAR, today's UBER DRIVER.
                                    Being a valued customer I claim the excess of Rs. 99.70/- I have already paid. Now UBER has to show their part of HONESTY and INTEGRITY.

                                      I have used 2 rides since 49 rs ride offer is valid. and i have been charging around 90 or 221 that too with in the distance 8 km . i am really really disappointed.i wish india would have "sue" process like USA for this fraud behavior.
                                      One more complaint is about the uber drivers, they deny to come to pick up and then dont even cancel the ride even after requesting them to do so, they dont .they always say maam you cancel the ride you will not be charged extra rs. and i have to pay 40 rs extra for next ride. same happened with my roommate too.

                                        I was on business trip in Bangalore, during that time I have created an UBER account using my mobile number. The authentication is done using the passcode sent on the mobile number and I was able to book the taxi. Later I wanted to submit the receipts to my finance dept for reimbursement so I wanted the bills on my email id. But I was not able to register my email id to UBER using the app or the UBER site, for that I have raised a request using help section in UBER app, so they added the email id to my account. But now I am not able to login using that email id, because a password is required to login. I tried to reset the password but I always get error, and for last 3 days I am sending mails to UBER they are saying same thing that "reset the password" but I am not able to reset using their site or app.
                                        Due to this I am not able to submit the bills and I lost Rs. 600. now I want the refund from UBER.
