Uber India — Pending charge showing in app after I paid cash to driver

I had travelled from Delhi T2 airport to Narmada apartment in Baba Kharak Singh marg area in delhi on 4th july 2022. I had made full payment right after the trip ended at 9:41 AM and I paid the entire amount of rupees 391 via Paytm at 9:42 AM. The driver has marked incomplete payment and now it shows that there is remaining payment of INR 300 on the Uber app. I have not been able to take any ride after that because I will need to pay extra 300 for no reason. Please help me in getting this resolved. I have attached the necessary screenshot below.
