Today around 11.30pm I had a trip from Howrah railway station to my home. At Howrah station parking I have paid 71 rupees as told by driver and I have the receipt. But when the trip ended then he charged me 190 rupees that was trip charge and parking charge combined. I paid extra 70 rupees. Refund my extra money....

I want to bring to your notice that after booking the rides...it started to cancel which results in wasting of time. If it can't fulfill the booking why it takes the booking. It irritates a lot . After Losing all my patience, I am complaining...today also it happened the same...which makes me to lose 25 minutes.
This is very much unprofessional ethics....

Whenever i Book Uber Auto for Small distances. The Uber auto drivers Do not accept my journey not only one all uber auto drivers cancel my trips.

They want Big Amount of journey.

They dont accept low amount of journey like 50 to 60 rupees Fare.

The driver demanded 100 rupees extra as toll tax although it was included in the fare. he denied turning on AC.

It has been observed that Uber Drivers do not maintain their cars. And because of this, the customer bears the consequences a lot of times. Today and many times before Uber AC was not working! I'm writing this to inform you that last year on 13/dec/2021 I had a ride. I chose an online payment option but could not pay due to an internet issue. I paid in cash. It is very much understandable that the driver would never leave me without payment.
Thereafter I didn't use Uber. Till now, I was tring booking a cab and i found that it is asking me money got my last year trip

A charge of Rs64.77 is shown in the app against me where as it due to cancellation made by driver after he he enquired from me before coming at the meeting point and I told him the destination location.
Perhaps he did not want to go that destination.
Then I was compelled to book an Ola.
Since then I am booking Ola only til the above wrong charge is not removed....

I took a uber ride on 14/05/2022 from the airport to my home in patna, an as usual i paid the driver 274 rs in cash, but when again i tried booking new ride next day the app is showing pending payment of rs 274 for previous ride and asking me to pay, like how you one should apy double for the same ride. Today I took UBER Taxi from Chennai Airport - Domestic Terminal to 36th Street, Nanganallur, Chennai. I confirmed the pickup at Rs.197. The driver does not know the correct route. We stopping and asking auto riders.

Finally when we reached the destination, I was charged with Rs.292. It is 50% more than the fare confirmed at the time of booking....

Constant cancelations of rides in very high frequency by drivers and they wait for customer to call and ask them to cancel the ride.
Customer is charged the cancelation charges in such cases also.
Highly unreliable and can't be depended on in emergency or urgent situations....

At kochi airport today the drivers asked rs 700 more and on being refused cancelled ride. It was being done for everyone...
