Uber India — Regarding driver cancellation | |||||
Date: 10th june Driver: rambhawan Car: toyota innova Mh 04 gd 1882 Area: mumbai I booked an uber suv i was going to travel alone with 2 bags. The driver refused to pick me with the luggage and compelled me to cancel in unprofessional language which i wouldn't. He cancelled my trip. On my next trip i was over charged 150 bucks. The officials wouldn't answer my calls. Why should i pay when the driver cancels me. I also informed him regarding the luggage in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
