Uber India — the company is duping customers by using false promotions and not actually applying those promotions to the trips

I usually take a ride every weekend to a destination that is 4.8 km from my home. Rides o[censored]pto 8kms in delhi - ncr are covered under the promotional offer of rs.49. However due to a technical fault at uber's end, i have had to take this ride for as high as rs. 80 on multiple occasions. Inspite of multiple complaints, they are in no mood to resolve this issue and continue charging me heavily.
