UberPoll 10th August 8.29 PM.
I have asked to customer care for details reason of fare change from 19 to 174. And Details beakdown of both fare. But they not provide that.
As a regular customer I should expect this details at least.
My complain was fare change just after few second of trip start.just when new pool request arrive to the driver. And my trip fare change from 19 to 174.
I have share below conversation with uber customer care.
I have booked my cab it was showing 19 after few second it is charged to 174 just 9 times. Could you please check and confirm. How it happened. And the person travel with uberpool has pay 19.

We've reviewed your fare and can confirm that the rate you were charged is the correct rate for a trip of this time and distance.
Anytime you take an uberPOOL trip, the price you see in your app at the beginning of the trip is the amount you'll be charged, no matter what. This includes dynamic pricing based on demand. This fare is calculated based on the starting and ending points of your trip and the likelihood that you'll be matched — but it is your guaranteed rate for your trip.

uberPOOL allows you to share your ride and the cost for your trip. This makes your fare fairly cheaper than an uberGO trip.
The fare quoted in the app while requesting a trip is guaranteed, so you always know the exact cost for your trip. This fare includes tolls, external factors affecting traffic, and surge, if any. The app will confirm the trip only after you have accepted the fare shown to you.
Please note, the fare displayed at the beginning of the trip holds as long as destination remains unchanged and the suggested route is followed.
I re-ran the fare estimate for this trip and can confirm that you were charged correctly as per your pick up and drop locations. In addition, since you accepted this fare while requesting the ride, our policy restricts us from making any fare adjustments in this regard. I'm afraid, I won't be of much help here.

Hi Team, Yes You have understood but I want to get the details figure. As it is uberpool, Route also change when new uberpool request added or share with my trip. Here same happed. So what is my fault to charge from 19 to 174. I as requested details figure breakdown of previous charge 19 and applied charge 174. Then I will be able to decide should I pay or leave your service. I understand that you would like to know the breakdown of your trip.
The fare amount is shown before the trip begins and this holds as long as destination remains unchanged and the suggested route is followed.
The fare considers duration, distance, high demand in the area, tolls, and local conditions (traffic, road blocks). It also includes service tax payable to the government. Since the upfront fare is system generated, the breakdown of the same is not accessible.

Hi Team, Thanks for your reply. But you have missed my point. I need applied charge break up details of revised fare and orginal fare. And fare not change after trip complete. Fare change in between trip. Just after few seconds of trip start from 19 to 174 this is almost 9 times of orginal fare. I think you also not expect such type of event. uberPOOL is always the cheapest way to Uber. Your fare is calculated based on the time of day, your route, current demand and other applicable adjustments. It also takes into account any dynamic pricing that may be present at the time.
We double checked, and can confirm that this was the correct fare for this trip., We won't be able to make any adjustments.
