Good afternoon, Its really upsetting to bring to your notice about this issue being an regular customer o[censored]ber cab service in chennai. Last night, i experienced a really bad experience with uber cab driver. I was sitting next to the driver's seat and while i got down no one was pooling besides me. I had left behind my phone in the cab but called the driver (To his number) almost immediately. Instead of returning my phone, he spoke in foul language, abused me verbally and he said that he is not going to return my phone and then switched it off. As your loyal customer, i humbly request you to take action upon this driver. In today's trip I ave charged unnecessarily by the cancellation of cab through Driver why would i pay for it I need my money returns.
