Uber India — Trip/payment issue/account locked

I registered for uber lastweek in Mumbai and loaded Rs 1000/- thro paytm wallet. At the nick of time (20/11/16)while I was going for airport the payment mode gave error message that it is verified and locked the account. I had to plan with some other car rental. Again in chennai the next day the same thing happened while booking for railway station. I repeatedly sent emails to Uber & Paytm to refund the amount and de activate the account. Neither of them responded. It is like fighting invisible enemy. The callous attitude is too much of an insult. No one to contact. No customer care.Thanks I just loaded only Rs 1000/- I strongly feel I should get back the money from Uber
