Uber India — uber app applied invalid cancellation fee and they are not reverting it back. | |||
Hi I am uber app user on my android device ([protected], name - vinit sankhe) Today uber applied a cancellation fee of rs. 86.54 to me and cut that money from my paytm account. But the trip was incorrect. I was home and was not even picked up by the driver and the trip was showing it was already ongoing to my destination. I could see it was saying "you are on your way!". I tried contacting the driver but his phone was not reachable so i cancelled the trip. It's clearly the fault of the driver or their app's. I was not in the cab. Uber applied cancellation fee to me and they are not reverting it back even after i raised my complaint! See attached screenshots. This has happened twice! Earlier they had reverted the incorrect fee. Today they aren't. Was this information helpful? | |||
