Hello Uber,

There are 2 complaints related to Uber cancellation Fees
Uber Bangalore:::
1. Booking Date - 08-Sept-18 --- I booked Uber for catching up the Train at KR Puram Railway Station. After booking I called Driver, Driver told me I am coming within 10 mins after dropping another passengers. It was showing little away from my pick up location. After 10 mins, again I call driver, driver told coming within 5 mins. It was running around more than half an hour.
After that he cancelled the trip. So, immediately I rushed to Auto stand and booked auto. some how managed to reach KR Puram station to catch long distance train. I was thinking that okay he cancelled and there would not be any cancellation charge. But my thought was wrong. Driver did not come to pick up and cancelled the trip. Then how Uber charging this type of cancellation charge????
And strange think is that, that amount has been adjusted when I traveled to Kolkata for business purpose and booked Uber for travel. Uber added 08-Sept-18, cancellation fee with trip booking unles until this amount not allow to add to trip amount, Uber will not allow you to book the trip.
when going to Uber help app ---- it is showing that it is more that 1 month case, not allowing to make a compaint.
It really very pathitic and why UBER charging the cancellation fee for Driver cancellation when Driver in different pick up location and not wish to ready to take this Trip. Where is customer fault to charge the cancellation fee...This is loop hole o[censored]BER app and for which Driver is taking the benefit of this OR UBER has been found out this new rule to income the amount from pessangers with this dirty policy as no customer care etc.

UBER KOLKATA
Same case on 09-Oct-18, early morning around 3AM booked to catch up Howrah station from Airport 2no Gate, Jessore Road. As per map it was showing to reach pick up location around 1hr. I made a call to Driver, asked why you taken this Trip, he was asking me to cancel, then I asked him to cancel. But did not cancel on that time instead cancel after 30 mins. And cancellation fee charge and deducted from my paytm wallet. This time I made the complaint to UBER through UBER app. As per MAP it was showing different to Pick up location, then how UBER charge this?????? This is again loophole o[censored]BER apps and making money/earning money from people by cheating with people. There is no different between cheater and Uber...
I do not know whether I will get back my hard earn money from this Cheater like Uber...
Need urgent attention from UBER...
