Uber India — uber charged me for a travel which they didn't provide

I booked a uber taxi on 23rd june to go kjm railway station from whitefield, hagadur. I called uber driver multiple times to check and confirm his current location as i need to go station to catch train. Uber taxi driver was telling me that he is on the way to pick me. But he didn't pick me and charged me the travel cost, which i didn't use. I took a separate costliest auto to go kjm as it was already late. Kindly take necessary action and provide the necessary compensation as it hurted me a lot.
