Uber India — Unprofessional behaviour | |||||
Sir/ma'am, I had booked a cab from cmr law school, Banaswadi to yelahanka. The driver's number being [protected] with the number plate KA05AF0650, name Puttaswamy. Denied going through the route I asked him to go in because the road he choose usually has a lot of traffic and said that he has to follow the map and that he can't go any where else. And secondly I had typed Yelahanka as my destination as I stay in Yelahanka old town. But he said the map shows as this is your destination and asked me to get down in a very rude and uncultured manner, raising his voice in railway Station Main road yelahanka. From where I had to take another auto and go home. Also he denied payment through paytm and took cash of rupees 233/-. He has acted very rude, unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Secondly, the drivers cannot do anything if the destination you give is wrong until and unless it is a small deviation but the driver will NOT take you to a different location then that shown in its map as they are paid to go till that destination only .
