Uber India — Want Refund against Paid cash for non cash payment also extra amount paid.

Dear Sir/Ma'am

On 24th December 2021 the uber driver demanded for cash Rs 150 for a non cash payment saying his account has not been credited and due to delay I also gave him a cash amount of Rs.150. Whereas the total cost on Uber’s app was showing as Rs 131.99 and this cost was also deducted from my amazon pay wallet. The Uber driver shouldn't have taken any more cash from me but still took it from me. Next Day, I spoke to the driver but he said that I have not received the amount online so I took cash.

I contacted uber about this issue but they refused to refund.

I booked my trip with Uber on 13.12.2021 and it was showing a fare of ₹363.94 while booking but when the trip got completed they charged me Rs.₹596.52 which is ₹252 more than showing fare what was there during booked. One more thing is on 13.12.2021 after booking the cab, I enquire from the driver he told that he was at rajendra place/karol bagh and waited for passenger for coming then he will pick and drop him then he will come to my pickup point. cab no. DL1RTB1316 reached my pickup point approx 20 mins late. At that time my foot had plastered so i couldn't able to stand and walk properly. But i waited for the driver approx 20 mins and paid penalty of Ra 252/- extra payment While traveling there was no traffic route was also same and still fare was up. I request you to help me get my extra fare charged back from Uber. I complaint several times(approx 50 times) from uber help section but no action has been taken so far.
