Hi

I booked a cab 45minutes prior -scheduled cab but 5 drivers called and asked to tell the drop location and denied the trip.
This has been happening for a very long with Uber.
I would like the person to take action because this is not the right way.

    My sister was riding uber and that driver has done the accident due to which my sister got 2 stitches near the knee and her knee got fractured, her both phone got broken and the the
    Govt employee doctor suggested to take bed rest due to plaster on her leg. Due to which she is in a pain plus she will not be able to continue the office. please help

        On 19/12/2021 i booked uber at 11.28 AM the location was marked bay view 3 gorai creek borivali west The charge was shown rs 202 .The driver droped me at 0.5 km saying destination over .I want justification why fare not be waived as it is wrongly charged

          दिनाँक 17/12/21 को मैंने अपने तथा परिवार के लिए लगभग 22.35बजे एक ट्रिप उक्त कंपनी की आप पर बुक की थी। बुकिंग के कुछ देर बाद ड्राइवर ने फोन करके पूछा आपको कहाँ से लेना है मेरे बताने पर उसने पूछा की कहाँ छोड़ना है मेरे द्वारा अपना गंतव्य बताने के कुछ सेकेंडो के अंदर ड्राइवर और गाड़ी दोनों स्क्रीन मैप से गायब हो जाते हैं और बुकिंग दूसरे ड्राइवर पर स्थानांतरित हो जाती है फिर आठ दस मिनट वेट करने के वही पूछताछ होती है और बुकिंग ट्रांसफेर हो जाती है। ऐसा हैरेसमेंट लगभग एक घंटे तक चलता रहता है। लगभग पांच से सात ड्राइवर द्वारा ऐसा कुकृत्य किया जाने के बाद आखरी बार जब ड्राइवर की काल आती है और मेरे द्वारा यह बताया जाता है कि छः सात ड्राइवर द्वारा डेस्टिनेशन पूछते ही बुकिंग रद्द कर दूसरे ड्राइवर को ट्रांसफेर की जा चुकी है तो उन्होंने कहा मै ऐसा नही करूँगा आप निश्चिंत रहे मै आ रहा हूँ। और वोह आये उन्होंने मुझे और मेरे परिवार को उस भीषण ठंड मे पहुंचाया। इस प्रकार ड्राइवर द्वारा पेसेंजर का विशेषकर रात्रि मे और भीषण ठंड मे शोषण और हैरेसमेंट ठीक नहीं है। इससे आपकी इंटरनेशनल गूडविल पर बाद इंप्रेशन जा रहा है। कृपया इसकी गहन जाँच करवाकर दोषी लोगों और ड्राइवर को ब्लैकलिस्ट करे जिससे अन्य लोगों के साथ इस प्रकार का हैरेसमेंट न हो। धन्यवाद

            Hi,
            I booked a auto for my parents who are senior citizens. The person called me and informed that he reached, after he picks my parents he called me again and informed if the payment is in online, I’ll leave them in the middle. I was shocked by his response. I informed I booked (cash payment). When he is riding again he asked my parents extra amount and also threatened them that he will drop them in the middle. When they reached, I went and asked him about this and I was polite for first 5mins. Again he is talking so rude, he also informed go and complaint, uber will not do anything. The auto number is different in Uber app (TN04AU6447 )and the person auto number. No safety, rude, threatening, and Uber can’t do anything..

              Booked Uber on 18th Dec'21 for 227.41 but added 75.00 as parking fee which was not showing while booking or agreed. If the cab stays in the parking lot for the whole day do you expect customers would bear that without their concent. We are already paying excess the charge to travel 9 km is 227 .

                Uber cab was schedule for Tuesday, Dec 14, 03:45 AM from Hotel Retreat to Borivili West, Mumbai. The Uber driver never reported at the destination and no Cab service was provided by Uber.

                Despite not providing any service by Uber, Uber deducted Rs. 20 vide transaction # P[protected] from my e-wallet. As the journey was in wee hours of Dec 14, I had to hire a private cab in emergency and had to pay exorbitant fare.

                  On 18.12.21, I booked uber cab at 9.05 p.m at classique club, andheri my fare came to Rs.295/_, which I paid in cash to the driver after finishing my journey at drop point of my residence. But still my uber app is showing this as unpaid. Please rectify the error so that I can use my uber rides smoothly in future.

                    Fed up of daily facing the same issue of difference in while paying up the fares!!! While booking it’s 148/- and while paying 177/- !!!
                    Why such difference!!! This issue is there daily!!!

                      On 17th December 2021 the uber driver demanded for cash for a non cash payment saying his account has not been credited and now uber is asking me to release the same payment which I was made to pay by the driver. Due to delay in communication by Uber .

                            Madam/ Dear Sir,

                            It is very annoying and irritating to inform you that your cab services are too poor. I had booked a cab from Vishnu Garden, Delhi to Inderpuri, Delhi from my uber app mobile no. [protected] on 28/11/2021. The fare shown was ₹ 193/- before booking the cab but the final fare came out to ₹ 477/- . How in the world you guys are ?? Is this the fair way to treat a customer with the fare ?? For a trip which is only 10kms, can anyone in the world justify the fare to be ₹477/- ??. Being a regular customer o[censored]ber, I had never expected this kind of bad service from you guys.

                            Also, please be noted that the driver named Kuldeep behaved really badly after asking for a justified fare. He behaved very rudely that we should look in the app and don't ask him.This is really frustrating and annoying.

                            I had lodged my complaint in my uber app atleast 10 times but no one responded. Your app has become anti-customer where a persoy cannot logde a complaint easily and review the track record of that complaint. This is feeling like I am begging you for justification and refund, and no one in Uber is even bothering to even hear from me.

                            I would request you to review this complaint very seriously and provide me with the refund of ₹284/- ( ₹477 - ₹193). Copy of the receipt is attached herewith for your reference. It would be great to hear from you at the earliest.

                              I booked a cab on[protected] at around 2115 hours from T.Nagar, Chennai to my residence. Cab was confirmed stating 10 minutes waiting time. But immediately, it changed to 23 minutes waiting time. Though, I waited for nearly 30 minutes, the driver could not come to my location. He could not locate my pick up location through the map. Instead, he called me from some other place and finally could not reach my place. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I proceeded to my residence by paying Rs.700/- which is more than the rate o[censored]ber. Further, I am shocked to see that you have levied penalise amount of Rs.58.67 on me which is arbitrary, unjustified. In fact you have to compensated by Rs.140/- for wasting nearly 30 minutes and hiring another vehicle. Hope you will cancel Rs.58.67 levied against me. Reply may be given on my mail id.                                 On 2/11/2021, I booked Uber cab from Keshav Puram (Delhi) to Nandwani Nagar (Sonipat). The fare shown at the time of booking was around Rs. 750/-. After starting the trip, the driver went as per the GPS on his device and we didn’t suggest any particular route to him. After reaching my destination when the driver stopped the trip, I was shocked to see my fare at Rs. 1, 128/- which was deducted from my account. Thereafter, I filed multiple requests with Uber to refund the excess amount charged but they gave excuse that I took a longer route. Why would I take a longer route. Their driver had clearly told that he will go as per GPS only. Why should I be penalised for something which is not my fault. I have written again to Uber but they are not responding at all.
                                I request consumer forum to help me in getting refund of the excess amount charged by Uber.

                                  He drop off in between the way we book for DLF City court gurgaon and he drop at iffco chowk and when we ask for drop at DLF City court he stop the ride and said you booked for iffco chowk even I saw him total ride details but he ignored everything vry bad and arogant person....

                                  I used uber parcel delivery service to pick up my package- Marinetty Laxman Kumar - picked up my parcel from my friend and when he was about to deliver he called me and insisted I pay him in cash and I told him that was not an option, he then said that Uber won’t pay him till 6 days and that he won’t deliver the parcel. He held my package as hostage in this whole situation. We got into an argument and I told him I will report him for fraud and to the police and he kept my things and left.
                                  We then called him 100’s of times and no answer.
                                  I messaged Uber number of times and only got automated responses saying they have recorded the incident - “recorded the incident?!” Ridiculous! There was no swift action from Uber - his app wasn’t blocked - nor was this man asked to finish and deliver my package - he was enabled intact Uber handled this so so poorly - he continued working and delivering. Is Uber not conferenced that this person can do this with another customer ?? Probably not - because Uber wasn’t bothered. The worst part I get charged for the service!! It took them 10 emails even to get my money refunded

                                  We have now filed a police complaint and will be going ahead with prosecuting this man for theft and also on Uber India for fraud. Uber has become a reliable name and no one was bothered about even getting my goods delivered to me. Uber did not support nor act in a manner or position of care. DO NOT USE UBER PARCEL. I repeat DO not trust this company and use Uber parcel because this company has no enforced consequences for theft against they’re employees.

                                    Hi,

                                    It was a very bad experience with uber. I had booked a ride from sector 17, Chandigarh and driver accepted the request and in between the journey, he stated that my phone is switched off, I could not start the ride therefore please pay the amount in cash. As a result, the trip didn't get tracked and the app automatically allocated another new driver who refused to cancel the trip after being told that my trip is already completed. We had paid the previous driver through Amazon pay and didn't get any receipt. We couldn't argue with the driver as it was night time and risky for us to indulge into any conversations with him.

                                    It was very unsafe and untracked ride by Uber and I request you to take action against the driver and refund my money.

                                    Please find attached the snapshot of the driver allocated and amount paid to him at the end of the trip.

                                      I took a ride on Dec 5th - (TS30TA1186). Trip charges showed 190.00 and communicated the same to the driver while boarding it. further, I have communicated that uber credit for 50.00 will be applied and I would have to paid only 140.00 for the trip. He was surprize to know that and said digital payments delay the process and unsure how uber credit will be applied here. Upon reaching the destination, he stated trip is 190.00 only and uber credit didn't got applied. I was shocked to here that and didn't wanted to urge further as he said you have check with the Company as he can't do further. So, I paid the trip amount. Later, when I'm raising the concern on the app, I don't see any response or any query getting raised for it even after multiple ways trying to rasie the concern. Please check and do the needful.
