Uber India — wrong display. intimation and charging much more fare on completion of journey

1. I booked uber on 17 mar 2020 from delhi t2 terminal to my home at vivek vihar sector 82 noida. While booking the amount shown was rs 759/-. On completion the amount demanded was 1737/- which is more than double. The driver also told me that excess charge will be refunded. This type of cheating is totally unexpected out of a multinational famed company. The address shown is also incorrect. I tried to get refund through app but could get only for rs 3/- which is a joke.

2. May i request you to kindly charge the fare shown initially before booking and refund the balance amount failing which i will be forced to discontinue use o[censored]ber in future and also advise all my friends against using uber.
