Uber Taxi At Mumbai — Bogus cancellation charges

On 22.12.2024, around 5 PM, I booked a taxi for going to sahar airport.Vehicle no MH01 EE0067?which was shown on my phone arrived . I travelled to airport and paid Rs 650 .The driver did NOT ask for OTP.
On my way to airport, another Uber taxi arrived at my residence and started calling me on phone which I did not attend as I did not book a second taxi.
Uber sent me bill for Rs 34 for cancellation of 2 bookings for which I can take legal action for extortion and harassment and claim compensation for time and money I had to spend.
Many times uber taxi drivers, after completion of trip, tell us to cancel the booking- may be to pocket the entire amount. They do not enter OTP before start of journey.
