Dear Uber Team

I would like to inform you that your Uber service is terrible and drivers are unprofessional.I had done a booking on 8th June around 11:20 pm nearby Maulana Azad Road in front of Vice President House but your cab driver had not reached at my pick point and after that he switched off his phone and I couldn't contact him. So will you tell me that what kind of service it is? now you guys are telling me that I have to pay 42 Rupees as cancellation charges at the time of next trip.Now tell me that why would I Will be liable for cancellation charges after all that inconvenience.

You will be shock after knowing it that your cab driver with the same number plate which is showing in my phone had passed from our side but not stopped although we clearly told him that we are three person who were waiting for him near Vice President House.Let me tell you that I prefer your service as I thought this was a safe way of travelling with my family but it is really upsetting. So That's why I'm going to delete your Uber app from my phone and never gonna pay that cancellation charges.
