On 4th July 2018 I took a ride from 80 Pestom Sagar Colony, Mumbai 89 to Sampoorna hotel in Malad west, Mumbai. The vehicle broke down near Powai and I had to undergo mental trauma being late evening and heavy rains. I had to book another ride and reach my destination by 12 midnight. For the failed trip I have been charged Rs 205.40 which I feel is not fare. Kindly arrange to refund this amount to me as a good will gesture.

I tried to submit this case in the App but the submit button is not enabled. Hence I am writing this.

Not a surprise that again Uber denied me Services Specially after agein to surge pricing stop fooling around with the people who need your services

    I booked a cab from Delhi to Agra (round trip) . At the time of booking, Amount reflected in the app for round trip was 6429.
    During the trip my driver asked for 850 (150+666+35)Rupees as a toll amount
    which I gave thinking that this amount will be adjusted in the total receipt amount but out of my surprise. He informed me that this cab is booked only for one way and I need to pay 6429 for this trip not including the amount I paid for the toll.
    I booked this cab for a round trip. How can it reflect as one way.
    Distance between Delhi to Agra is 237 km roughly. According to which Uber charged me 31 Rs/km during this trip.
    When I mailed them regarding the same I got no response from them.

      Hi,
      I have booked Uber cab for drop to Airport, when the trip ended the driver demanded cash and showed a bill of Rs. 1500, hence we paid the cash. But still money got deducted from my paytm also, when I received the bill on my email it was of Rs.1297 but driver had showed the bill of Rs.1500 and took the cash. Request to please look into the matter

        These morning I booked a uber. The driver was highly unprofessional towards attending me. The fact that I din't even met him and my uber app showed me up to rate him. How can that be possible without being sitting in the cab n starting the ride. Rather he claimed me that the trip was cancelled from my side. Later on my trip status it was shown that he went to some different place and collected a cash amount of Rs.60/- These attitute was not at all expected. I want these to be resolved soon.

          On 30/6/2018 I booked uber cab but due to waiting time I cancelled the cab. The amount of trip was 175.61 INR was deducted from my account. That was about to deduct after trip finish. But I didn't take ride.
          I request in uber to help but they said they have noticed the request but so far I didn't receive my money and no response from uber. I am sharing account statement there is clearly mentioned that amount has been deducted along with I ll be shared the chat history which I have done with uber.. please help me regarding the same.thank you

            Booking UBER is my big mistake you driver are unprofessional i book uber because my mom was 60 year old but after booking uber driver was near to my location so i personally goes to him and request him to came towards hotel gate but he told to me cancel the trip i am not coming to your location after i told i am not cancel my trip then he shouted on me and giving gaali in his language and behave like gunda. such kind of service you provide to your customer regarding this i am going to police station for complain about your driver

            if its possible to you take action against that driver.

              I booked a cab for my parents on Sunday at 9:08 am the driver didn't reach at my pickup location when I called him he asked me for book a another cab because I hadn't sufficient time to book a another cab that's why I reached to the driver location by my personal two wheeler vehicle and requested him to come with me on my location but he denied his duty and started ABUSING me by saying that he will not come, because my parents had luggage with them so I requested him again to come at my pickup location but he asked me for cancel the ride and abusing continually I didn't expect such behavior from a uber driver he cancelled the ride in anger here I am attaching some snapshot with details of cab booking confirmation and driver's vehicle number please take strict action against the driver

                I want to complaint about a driver's behaviour, my name is akshay.I booked a ride for my parents on sunday i. E., 8th July, 2018 at 9:08 am from jagdamba nagar, jaipur. The driver didn't come at my pickup location when I called him he asked me to book a another cab as I hadn't enough time to book a another cab I reached to the driver location by my personal two wheeler vehicle and I requested him to come at my exact location with me but he denied and ABUSED me, because my parents had their luggage with them I requested him to come at my location but he didn't listen me and continually abusing me and he cancelled the ride in anger I didn't expect such behavior from a uber driver
                So, it's my humble request that serious action should be taken against this driver.

                  It was a non cash trip linked with Paytm. Driver asked for Cash Payment of Rs. 480 as Paytm was not working for him. I paid in cash and as soon as he left. it is found that payment of Rs 432 also deducted my my paytm wallet. as I have to catch the flight, i registered a complaint thru "HELP" in UBER. To my surprise, UBER reverted back that as the cash payment is out of their system, they can't help which is rewally an obscene wherein there is clear dual payment happened Customer care executive neither ready to discussed it with driver nor they are ready to share the Driver's number to dealt with him directly as app does not share the Drover's number.

                  Request to look into this issue and refund the extra amount charged.

                    Why my credits are not used in last trip, receipt shows the deducted amount,

                    Trip cost- 67.82
                    Credits- 36.75

                    Total 31.07

                    Please update the invoice

                    I don't want any financial loss happened with cab driver Shivram.

                    As his phone reflect the amount 67.82

                    And my account reflected 31.07

                    And I paid the balance amount to him

                      These guys are worst than you think. They are like ghost, you cant ever find them, there not generating my GST invoices since one month and i've to submit the same to claim reimbursement from my office. I am contacting them repeatedly by only possible mean that pathetic uber app. Every-time i contact them, i get a computer generated response that i can download the same from uber site in My trips option, . I am tired of telling them that option there is disabled for my last trips of 1 month. But those guys are so dumb. You cant call them you cant text them. When they want then you'll get a computer generated response. i am pulling this thing to court. They harassed me like anything. I got burst out of making them to understand only one thing again and again.

                        I have ordered food tomorrow by down town jaipur (meals ) order id 8D626

                        i have receive food with late delivery as food gets cold and it smell like sour as it get wrong
                        i immediately call on ubereats costumer care but they said i can’t help in this we will take care for next order and also i have send messages to your uber eats but they haven’t reply me till now .?? i don’t know how you help costumers even you not able to reply them in time. as swiggy help us immediately in such moments

                        so it means my money get waste as we have throw all the food in garbage box

                        now i just want my money back
                        hope you will help me, if you won’t then i should take help of consumer court they will definitely help me

                          Uber has disabled promocode application without any reason.They told they will lift it after placing some orders .i have been placing orders since then and yet the ban has not been removed.Also they send misguided messages to me regarding offers to apply but once i order the offer gets not applied say promo codes are banned for this user.If its banned wht are they sending the codes to confuse the customers if they dont have plans to remove the ban which they placed for no reason at all.

                            My trip to Bangalore International airport on June 25th was alloted with driver Mahesh on a Renault Logan. I dint realise the Paytm option that got chosen by itself and when I paid cash of 1010Rs, the driver took the cash.

                            After a while the driver called back abt the same and told he has paid the cash to Uber and I will have to get the cash from Uber. There is absolutely no way to contact Ubet customer care. On continous msging on the app, I get a reply today saying as the payment was made out of the Uber system, I will not get the refund.

                            What the hell are you guys trying to do? I need you to investigate with the driver and pay my money back to me. If you dont deal with this issue with some responsibility and If I dont get my money back, you have to face the consequences.

                              I had confirmed a ride with ubergo at 250/- to Diamond city West, sarsuna, Kolkata, today on 7/7/2018. The premier model ride showed 258/- which I did not take. While taking the ride u suddenly changed the fare to 333/-. Earlier while booking i[censored] had showed a fare of 333/- I would not have confirmed. This simply a case of cheating. Pl return the excess fare which u have taken.

                                I have booked a cab in May 2018. Initially i was over charged and after successfully paying, it is showing as outstanding till date.
                                Uber people said that they are investigating the matter. Firstly 2-3 times they said that they are removing the arrear (after seeing the screenshots i had attached). Then they said that the payment was not successful.

                                They have stopped responding to my messages.

                                  The driver asked me to pay. RS. 570.00 while the screen at the time of booking showed range from 400.00- 480.00. he charged meRs. 90.00 more. He refused to show me the screen after stoppage of the vehicle. This is the second time it is happening. I did not know what action it has taken for my earlier complaint of similar issue. This is happening both the time on trips to and from Airport.
                                  Kindly look in to the matter and act accordingly and inform for my information

                                  I am very sorry to inform you that today something has happened again for me. The driver charged more than the amount shown in the screen which was 400-485. He charged me 570.00. When I asked him to show the screen he refused to show by telling that he has removed it. Please take some action. This has also happened to me earlier when I logged a complaint but no information is given to me about the action taken on my first complaint.

                                    After dropping a passenger I waited for 4 to 5 mins as driver told me to wait for 4 to 5 mins I waited for him but he cancelled & i was given another uber car No. I tried to contact him many times on his mobile No. but his phone was switched off and later on Im getting the message that the driver cancelled my trip & cancellation charge is charged pls help me as I had never expected this because Im a regular passenger

                                      I was travelling with 2 small kids in my car when uber driver hit my car from behind at left side. The bumper has got filly damaged.
                                      The uber driver refused to get any repair done and said i have no money.
                                      He only gave me his mobile no. and left fr from the spot.

                                        My Two Uber account are Blocked/closed for long time, and not to be activate as many time requested.

                                        i used the OLA services in case of emergency because my account are Blocked/closed.

                                        request u to please help to activate my both the accounts ASAP to avail the Uber services.
