Ubereats — meat was mixed in a vegetarian food - second time

Respectful indian consumer court, i have a very serious complaint about ubereats's and it's restaurants business practices.

I've been a customer for ubereats for a long time, recently i faced many unprofessional and unethical problems from ubereats. On may 28, 2019, i order a vegetarian biryani from kempfort house via ubereats and i got non-veg (Chicken) biryani instead. I thought that could be a mistake from the restaurant and of course, i just raised a complaint to ubereats and restaurant regarding that. Ubereats never solved or took that problem seriously and ignored almost all my messages sent via twitter support.

Anyways, after a few days, i thought to give a chance for that restaurant so they could no repeat the same mistake which is common to all businesses. But what happened yesterday was disgusting. I ordered the same veg biryani as usual and the veg biryani was delivered, but after started eating i noticed meat (Maybe chicken) in the veg biryani while i found some different taste, and i realized it was a meat piece in the vegetarian biryani which is unforgivable. I left it's remaining piece and took photos and video for proof of evidence.

The repetition of these unprofessional practices is being held time to time without any reformation in indian food culture, most of all, i am a vegetarian and i happen to eat meat accidentally because of their ignorance and careless.in fact ubereats customer support been ignoring my complaints and messages during these times.

Ps: i have also reported ubereats that there are many restaurants having "green logo" (Vegetarian symbol) on their non-veg foods but ubereats have not taken any action.

How do i take legal against ubereats and it's unprofessional restaurants or will consumer court take action against them?

Please do remember that i did not raise a second complaint to ubereats yet, i think taking this to a legal procedure is a good idea.
