Ubereats — ubereats scam

I have ordered food from ubereats. The order was accepted the order. After sometime the rider called me saying that the food that i ordered was not available at the restaurant. He said it will take 1 hour and connected the call with customer care. He requested me to wait for 1 hour. I said yes and after sometime i got a notification saying that the order was cancelled. I tried to reach the customer care but all in vain. The number is not available. After sometime when i opened the app, it's showing the amount is 0.00 in receipt. They did not refund my money. It was a loss for me. I think it's a scam that ubereats is doing.
