I have ordered food from ubereats. The order was accepted the order. After sometime the rider called me saying that the food that i ordered was not available at the restaurant. He said it will take 1 hour and connected the call with customer care. He requested me to wait for 1 hour. I said yes and after sometime i got a notification saying that the order was cancelled. I Manisha Balwani placed an order to UBER EATS on 30.06.19 at 8.25 p.m for one plate DAHI BHALLA from BTW NSP @ RS68.85 and payment was paid through Debit card
Company messaged me YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SAVED
But payment is Debited from my Account. And ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED and PAYMENT ALSO DEBITED
NO STATUS OF REFUND OF PAYMENT WHICH I PAID FOR MY ORDER

Within 33 mins, around 08:33, the order status moved to 'delivered' as asked for delivery rating. We are at home and we didn't receive the order, but still the status moved to 'delivered'.
