Ubereats — my on going order and previous order

Hi I have placed an order at 8 it's been an hour and I haven't received my order yet and it's not like the restaurant is far away it's near. But it's not received yet and every time you select a payment option other than cash they do this they keep you waiting and not just that I have also called customer care about my previous order they said they'll refund but haven't yet refunded yet. We're paying so much money and yet the food will be all cold. Even last time I have complained to there portal I don't think they care about their customers. Now if I want to cancel the order they'll charge me but @uber I don't want your order I want my refund on this and previous order because we're starving that's the reason why I ordered from near by restaurant and yet it's been an hour and we haven't received my order same goes for my previous order they did the same they forced me to accept the order and said they'll refund me the full amount but then they didn't because they said I accepted the order and now with my on going order they'll do the same. Please help
