Udemy — transaction failed twice but money deducted | |||||
Respected sir/ ma'am, i tried to purchase a course named machine learning a-z™: hands-on python & r in data science the purchase was interrupted but money has been deducted from my bank account. Please refund my money back. They redirected to payubiz my money has been deducted twice please solve this issue and return my money. Total amount deducted for two transactions is 432+432. I had purchased 2 courses on September 20, 2020, amount debited from my account, but course not in my account, money also not refunde, I had attached all proofs, please solve my issue, 15 days this issue not solved.

I contact my bank, they said, udemy has been conformed your transaction is successful, they gave me transaction number : SSBI[protected]
please clarify my issue.
