[Resolved]  UIDAI — Non-Receipt of Aadhar card even after enrolling 1 year before

Sir, I applied for (UIDAI) Aadhaar card and got Enrollment No.2001/12054/02535. Date and time of Enrollment is 09/06/2012 16:12:37. Till March 2013, I used to check my status online and it was showing as "Enrollment no. provided by you is not available with us, please check after few days". When I checked with local authority, they advised me to enroll again. So I enrolled again as Enrollment no. 2003/38004/08566 13/04/2013 12:18:35. From May 2013 onward status of my both enrollment nos. are showing "Your Aadhar is under generation, Please check after few days". I called the help desk no. [protected] several times, they told the can't help on this issue and their duty is only to verify the status and not attending complaints on delay or non-receipt. I send several emails to email address [protected]@uidai.gov.in. On 12/10/2013 I received a reply from them that due to some technical problem my aadhar is not generated and soon it will be rectified. My complaint is registered as CAS[protected]W9V7Y9 CRM:0238549. Till date no action being taken by them and matter is still not resolved. Your kind co-operation is highly solicited for resolving the problem.
