[Resolved]  Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — Not Received Updated Aadhaar even after three months

I have applied "address change" for my mother's Aadhaar through official online website on 29.06.2021 with requested payment. URN is 75387654 & payment invoice number is[protected].
Nearly three months has been passed and till now we didnt receive updated AADHAAR card to our house and in website while tracking its still showing "under progress" status.

I have mailed to helpline mail id "[protected]@uidai.go.in" and made calls to toll free number 1947, but no proper action/solution from them.

Dont know why three months time taking for address change applications.

Requesting to speed up the things and dont disappoint public like this.

It was not at all resolved. Till now we didnt receive updated AADHAAR card to our house.
Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by SivanandanK Till now no response from UIDAI...Very worst support from UIDAI end...
