I saw an advertised for a mobile handset in " Umimobiles.in" in March 2013 . Having impressed with the specifications and the price, I orderd for the set by paying Rs 500/- to their account through HDFC Bank on 19/03/2013. Later They sent a message asking me to pay the balance amount of Rs 13500/- . I payed the amount to their HDFC Account through NEFT on 11/05/2013. They didn't delivered the Handset as was promissed in time and they keep on postponing the delivery date showing illogical reasons. Having fed up with their behaviour, I ordered for a refund of my money on 4th October 2013 . Since then, I have sent many " Refund Requests" through E-mail for my money. They keep on saying that, my request was under processing, and once processed they will intimate me . This seems to be never ending.
I underwent a lot of mental agony and suffering through their irresponsible manner . I here with post one of their recent reply through mail for your reference.
