Rs.14, 000-00 was paid online from by SBI Savings account on[protected] against Order No. - ASCRG72131
for UMI X2 mobile. In spite of several reminders, there was no trace of the order being executed and no mobile was delivered. Finally out of frustration I cancelled the order on[protected] through email and also received a confirmation for the same and asking me for my bank details which was sent immediately. It has been 10 months since I paid the money online and almost more than 3 months since the cancellation of the order. Every time I email them for the refund status I get a reply that ''the refund is in process and once it is done and we will update you once it is done.'' apart from the other false rubbish that they write in the mail.
It is a humble request to look into this matter and do the needful on priority.
