Umi Mobiles, India — Refund my money

i paid 14000-/ towards purchase o[censored]mix2 on online payment by ab, hdfc bank in may 2013 but there is no phone i understand umi companies attitude then i call to customer care o[censored]mi and told them about my cancilation and asked my money refund they suggest me and give mail address to me i send mail to umi but there is no reply after that i call somany times to customer care there is no response so pls help me in this regard thank u
