[Resolved]  Umi Mobiles, India — Refund my money

the status of my Order ID: HDZZK71678, Date Ordered:
17th Apr 2013 @ 2:15 pm for booking by token amount of Rs. 500.00 and
Order ID: CKION19415, Date Ordered: 9th May 2013 @ 11:22 am of balance
payment of Rs 13500Rs.14, 000-00 was paid online from by SBI Savings account on[protected] against Order No. - ASCRG72131
for UMI X2 mobile. In spite of several reminders, there was no trace of the order being executed and no mobile was delivered. Finally out of frustration I cancelled the order on Oct 31, 2013 at 5:18 PM through email and also received a confirmation for the same. Every time I email them for the refund status I get a reply that ''the refund is in process and once it is done and we will update you once it is done.'' apart from the other false rubbish that they write in the mail.

It is a humble request to support me for getting my refund.
