Mobile handset not delivered and when cancelled the order,Amount paid is not returned.

I saw an advertised for a mobile handset in " Umimobiles.in" in March 2013 . Having impressed with the specifications and the price, I orderd for the set by paying Rs 500/- to their account through HDFC Bank on 19/03/2013. Later They sent a message asking me to pay the balance amount of Rs 13500/- . I payed the amount to their HDFC Account through NEFT on 11/05/2013. Refund my money

i paid 14000-/ towards purchase o[censored]mix2 on online payment by ab, hdfc bank in may 2013 but there is no phone i understand umi companies attitude then i call to customer care o[censored]mi and told them about my cancilation and asked my money refund they suggest me and give mail address to me i send mail to umi but there is no reply after that i call somany times to customer care there is no response so pls help me in this regard thank u...

Non receipt of refund against cancellation of order

Rs.14, 000-00 was paid online from by SBI Savings account on[protected] against Order No. - ASCRG72131
for UMI X2 mobile. In spite of several reminders, there was no trace of the order being executed and no mobile was delivered. Finally out of frustration I cancelled the order on[protected] through email and also received a confirmation for the same and asking me for my bank details which was sent immediately. It has been 10 months...
