Suzuki Motorcycle India — Poor Quality of Service after pending 330 Rs.

I am dissatisfied with the response I getting from dealer of suzuki access 125, I have spend 330 Rs for Regular service, after that I was facing starting problem and 150 km this problem become serious. after 10 days I have re-approach the service center where they have clean Carburetor and charge again 115 Rs which is supposed to be cover in regular service.
