Uninor — Prepaid balance unnecessarily deleted

My uninor number is [protected] my recharge amount 120rs is deleted without my approval, unnecessarily charged of VAS services which Iam not even aware of even last month also it was unnecessarily deleted i called customer care then it was reimbursed which was such a process now also as soon as i recharge my prepaid balance is deleted, I request consumer forum to look into this and do the justice.
