[Resolved] Uninor — Simcard Blocked | |
I Purchased the Uninor Sim ([protected])from Local dealer in Margao 12th Aug, Document(ID Proof), photograph were given same day. Sim got activated on 14th Aug. after 8 days of working, Services were stopped. I Went to Local dealer, he asked me to complaint it to customer care. I Called and got instruction to resubmit my document to same local dealer. next day i Delivered my document and a photograph, he said after 3 days it will get back in service, I waited for a week and checked. on 25th Aug I Got a call on my alternate no from Local distributor that they received my document, sim will get active next day. Waited for 3 days, again called back same no, response was very bad saying you have not done initial verification and all other stuff. Every 3rd day i called that local customer care, they said next day it will get active. I was asked immediately Recharge and sim will get active.Did same as told but no result. Yesterday I finally visited That Local customer Care at Colva Goa. Uninor Rep said Today it will get active, So far still not active. Really disappointed with Such kind of Services.
