Rs 30 deducted just because of receiving a call who's no started with +91140...

After that i received a msg saying that i have successfully activated the cricket mania subscription pack.

I tried calling customer care but unable to connect.
And the call is ending automatically.
Plz refund my amount and deactivate the service.
