[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — 4g net pack not working | |
Dear Sir, My Telenor mobile no. is [protected] I have got this no. recharged with Rs. 47.00 on 17.05.2016 for 250 MB 2G data. This pack was not working properly. So I got a next pack of Rs. 149.00 on 25.05.2016 for 1024 MB 4G data. Even then the net is not working properly. Therefore I tried to convert the amount in my talktime balance. When I contacted the local service provider of the company, I was advised to contact the company at their customer care no. When contacted on cc no. I was told that this is not possible. I find myself robbed off Rs. 47+149= Rs. 196.00 Kindly help me in getting my above amount in my talktime balance.
