[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Airtel like unauthorised deductions for useless services like astrology etc. | |||||
I have ported from airtel to telenor very recently for the reason that AIRTEL use to robbing its customers unawares for all dirty and useless services. First one month Telenor service was good and of late it started robbing customers like its big brother airtel for useless services. My number is [protected] recently ported to telenor from airtel. Although I did nothing except touching my phone, Telenor sent a msg "Thank u for subscribing Live Astrology service, which I never wish to, and Rs.30/- deducted for one month service. Whose money is it and how these cellular service companies customers in these ways? The amount deducted should be refunded and these dirty actions be restricted.
