Uninor / Telenor — Deduction for not applied service & can't refund amount

Cricgame service activated on my number [protected] during a promotional call on 6/10/2016 from uninor with out my confirmation & deduct amount from main balance. After that i am trying to call customer care so many times but call not connected to customer care. Then today also try customer care & call connected to customer care & after request they deactivate this service but not refund my deducted amount. Please help me refund this amount

I am using my Uninor sim from last 6 years at AP.Four months back I moved to Chennai.I am not using it regularly at Chennai as I don't have proper signals.Because of this, my sim was blocked.All my contacts and accounts are related to that number.So please kindly provide solution to this problem.It's very important to me..([protected])
