Uninor / Telenor — Didn't get recharge benefit | |||||
I've recharged on 9-jan-2017 at 8:58 pm with rs. 44 on my telenor mobile no.[protected]. According to company's offer of special recharge it is said that i'll get tariff on all local calls at 25p/min for 28 days + 44 rs. Talktime with unlimited validity. I recharged with 44rs. & it was successful. I recieved msg stating that 25p/min is started for 28 days. But i didn't recieved 44 rs. Talktime. After then i called telenor customer care (No. 198) for inquiry. They said you'll recieve 44rs. Talktime in next 48 hours. But while showing offers it was not stated that consumer will get talktime in next 48 hours. Telenor company cheated with me & dishonestly deducted my amount by sending messages of special offers. Telenor company broke the law. If i didn't get 44rs. Talktime within 4 hours from now. I will go to consumer court. Telenor company is punishable under s.24, s.34, s.39, s.44, s.415, s.417, s.420 of indian penal code, 1860. Was this information helpful? | |||||
