Uninor / Telenor — Deactivation of my 2 telenor/ uninor numbers

Address:Navsari, Gujarat, 396445

My name is atul rathod. I want to deactivate my numbers that are [protected] and [protected] as i am moving abroad. I want to deacivate it as soon as possible because i dont want any issues regarding the calls or messages on this two numbers in my absence. I dont want my family members to attend unwanted calls from my friends, instituion or other places.
Please do the needfull within 2-3 days.

I have lost my sim card, my number is[protected]

my name is DEVI, i am regular custoumber from uninir from last 1 year above, but sundly lost my mobial so please stop my card service andphoto id and
block my sim as early as possible
