Respected sir, Dear telenor team sir, as i have done online recharge of rs. 247/- on this mobile no [protected] from telenor site on 16.09.2016 from my sbi bank a/c. At the time of transaction rs. 247/- is deducted from my bank a/c but still i do not received any refund amount or balance. So please do the needful process.
