Uninor / Telenor — Recharge Benefit Not Received and Also Not Processed Refund Yet

I have sent such email to [protected]@telenor.in, they asked for credit card statements for confirmation, I have provided them but after that they keep sending me repeated email for any query rather than providing satisfied answer.

I need refund of the amount for which i didn't get any benefit. Further, i didn't get SMS from telenor for benefit and it is not showing in my recharge history (attached screenshot)at https://www.telenor.in/
