""" Hello, I tried to do recharge of Rs.119 of my telenor number [protected] on[protected], Wednesday. I have paid using my credit card. Amount was deducted from my credit card but i didn't get benefit which was suppose to come with that amount. I am requesting refund of this amount. Kindly be needful. "" I have sent such email to [protected]@telenor.in, they asked for credit card statements for confirmation, I have provided them but after that they keep sending me repeated email for any query rather than providing satisfied answer. I need refund of the amount for which i didn't get any benefit. Further, i didn't get SMS from telenor for benefit and it is not showing in my recharge history (attached screenshot)at https://www.telenor.in/ Was this information helpful? | |||
