Uninor / Telenor — Regarding 2 gb internet pac | |||||
Dear telinor I got a message from telinor on my mobile number [protected] regarding 2 gb internet at 98 ₹ on[protected] and[protected]. So i recharged with 98 ₹ on[protected]. After that only 1 gb data has provided to me on my mobile number, when i talked to coustomer care on 121, they confirmed me that it will be activated aftrer 48 hours and you will receive the rest 1 gb data on your number. But till now i have not received my rest remaining 1gb data. Now when i am trying to raise my complain on 121 they are not registering my complain and saying that their is no such plans on your number. Another person on 121 is saying that since you have rechargeed through freecharge mobile recharge site we are unable to provide the rest balance data. I am deeply unsatisfied with this type of missguiding. Here i am attaching the snapshot of the messages sent by telinor on my number on respective dates as stated above, due to which i recharged with 98₹ on[protected] for your reference.
