Uninor / Telenor — Regarding pre call announcement & avoid to register complaint on 198 | |||
I have been hearing a promotional pre call announcement on my number [protected] & [protected] from last 10 days, in spite of my numbers are dnd activated. Regarding this issue i have tried to complain on 198, but they rudely behaves me and deny to register a complain. According to your customer service representative, 'some complains are not registered'. I want to know what do your company's mean by 198. When your representatives deny to register complain. I have call records o[censored]ninor customer representative. I want solution about what is the meaning of 198 complain number, when they do not register a complain of customer. And how can any of mobile service providers irritates a consumer to promotional voices like ivr voice after dnd activated numbers. Thanks & regards! Madam while travelling I have removed my sim and kept that sim on back of the case while traveling I have removes my case and I forgot that I have kept my sim in that due to my careless I have lost my sim plz block it madam
