Uninor / Telenor — request for refund of data charges deductions

Sir,
I am a consumer of telenor bearing no. [protected]. Mobile phone which i use for telenor sim is simple feature phone of intex. But i am receiving messages upto 15-20 times in a day of paise 20 each towards data charges. While i am not using my phone for data at all. I tried to lodge a complaint on 198 several times but whenever i called representatives told me that their server is down so please call after 5hours. Neither they lodged the complaint nor they did not talk regarding the issue.
I am receiving such deduction since last 15 days and in such way my balance got debited upto 40 rs.
So i request you to please intervene in the matter and do the needful in order to refund my deducted balance as well as such unauthorize deductions.
