Uninor / Telenor — unnecessary deduction of balance

Team,
I was given free 2g 500mb data from th company. Now when i used it instead of deducting it from the data balance, my talktime balance was deducted. I contacted your customer care and they said that airtel 4g signals werw fetch thats why my talktime has been deducted and making all fool around. How can a 2g phone with 2g sim in it can fetch 4g network. And secondly the reprsenatives are so rude they dont want to listen to tthe problem whatever they have said is right. They asked to select uninor 2g as my default network but there is no such option in the network selection so from where should i select it. I told them so many times that there is no such option its a 2g phone dont support 3g sim even but they are like its my fault. Very disappointed with your service. I want my balance back or else i am goung to port it into some relaible network.
