[Resolved] Uninor — Unwanted Balance Deduction

Sir, I am really very annoyed because of the 'Unwanted Balance Deduction' from my no. '+91 [protected]'. They started deducting amount from my main balance since 24th of July. On that day they deducted Rs. 2 and after having a word with one of their employees I asked them to stop that unwanted service immediately and asked them to assure that this should not happen again but again on 25th they deducted Rs. 4 for a service which they call 'Lets Follow 10' and again I had to deactivate that and get my money back. I thought this was done by mistake but today, i.e. on 26th, they again deducted Rs.5 for 'Lets Chat 5' service and again I had to deactivate it to get my money back. They proved it that they are doing it deliberately and they've made it a routine for me to deactivate the unwanted services which they are providing day by day. Sir, this has become a serious matter. I hope that I will get justice pretty soon.

hii sir my name is m.thomas.from A.P my main balance is simply cutting off due to unwanted stuff...although i did not activivate any offers ...by sending messages saying that i have activated...sir, , , , , , , plz check once...i lost nearly 100 rupees nearly...my number is [protected]...plz..plz.sir recheck once my number and helps to regain my balance back...my balance yesterday is 5o rupees now it is 5 rupees all amount is cutted by company...and when i called toll free number they are not responding plz make anote sir on my phone plz, , , hope fully asking u sir to receive my complaint and mail to [protected]@gmail.com and help me to gain my balance, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , i m using this sim since many years..., , , , i m ready to change sim if this happens in future also...hopelessly taking off money sir...thankou sir...i really hope to take my complaint into action and deactivate all my offers (i have not activated it really sir ...). ...thanking you si...
