Uninor — Urgent :Pune MNP done but all calls barred | |||
Respected Sir, I Jayesh Bhangdiya had submitted an application for MNP conversion from my BSNL to Uninor Phone on 10th March 2015. I had submitted an application along with my Photo id proof (PAN CARD) and Address proof as (MSEB Bill on my name) at your store located in Bibvewadi Store at Upper Indira Nagar, Pune 411037. I had submitted details to Mr. Mohan and his brother.My mobile number is [protected]. The MNP was successfully done on 18th March 2015 and all services were active. Then all of a sudden all my services to these numbers are blocked since 22 March 2015 till date. Last 25 days I have made several attempts to know the issue and everytime I am assured that services will start today evening. Everytime I was given a separate reason each time. I submitted my documents atleast 4 times and still there is no progress on it. Please note this number of mine [protected] is used for my business purpose and all my important messages and calls are missing which is doing a huge loss to our business.Now I am fed up following up your people in Pune. I have spoken to them many times and every time a false assurance is been given. I have spoken to Mr.Santosh TSI and he very strongly assured me that services will be activated maximum by yesterday Morning but till now my phone is not working.This is last time I am communicating with Uninor.
