Activation of debit card Sir, i have union bank visa debit card no [protected]. My card was deactivated automatically. When i link the upi in paytm. Then it shows atm card is not recognised. Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 13, 2017 Ratnesh pal's response Sir 24/12/2016 ko union bank ka app upi use karne pe meri do baar aur dono baar do do hajar ki tranjection fail hai aur mere account se paise Kat gaye hai aur Castomar care aur branch k dwara koi madad nahi Ho rahi hai.. Sir, I had Union Bank account ATM but unable to get upi pin it was showing that debit card is not recognized but I was able to withdraw amount
