Union Bank Of India — Amount debited on rejected transaction | |||||
Money was deducted from my account on 8th june 2017 during online ticket through irctc. I got a rejected transaction from irctc approx 11 am today (Ie, on 8th june 2017). When i made inquiries with irctc, i was informed by them that the bank was responsible and i will be refunded with the total amount that was deducted. . The last transaction id is : [protected] with status 'not booked'. Where has the amount gone (335/-)? Please look into the matter asap and keep me up to date on this issue.
